Finance Manager, Financial Planning Strategy & Analytics

What you will do

• Support global Budget, Outlook, and Long-Range Planning through financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, scenario analysis, and consolidation.
• Analyze business drivers, macroeconomic trends, and foreign exchange assumptions and assess their impact on performance and forecasts.
• Develop standardized planning processes, methodologies, playbooks, and governance practices across the organization.
• Evaluate forecast accuracy, monitor performance against plans, and review planning assumptions and outputs.
• Improve planning accuracy, efficiency, transparency, and control through quality reviews, simplification, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Business Unit Finance, systems, and transformation teams to support scalable solutions and adoption of new ways of working.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, methodologies, and best practices, with practical financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial planning tools and technologies, including advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage evolving priorities and influence stakeholders across a global organization.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree such as a Master's, MBA, JD, or MD, or 0 years with a PhD.

Nice to have

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance transformation within a large, complex, or global organization.
• Experience with driver-based forecasting, performance analysis, planning consolidation, or strategic decision support.
• Familiarity with enterprise planning platforms such as Oracle EPM or Hyperion, reporting tools, or automation and analytics technologies.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work independently through ambiguity and influence without direct authority.
