Senior Finance Business Partner

Location: Hybrid working in the North-East, UK

Salary: £65,000–£75,000 plus benefits

What you will do

• Partner with senior stakeholders to support business performance, growth, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Deliver financial analysis, performance reporting, and commercial insight.
• Support pricing, profitability reviews, business cases, investment appraisals, and financial modelling.
• Own month-end reporting, P&L, and balance sheet performance while identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Manage and develop a direct report.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong Finance Business Partnering and/or FP&A experience.
• Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
