Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Remote from the US East Coast

hirify.global develops a cloud security platform using runtime context and eBPF-powered sensors for cloud posture discovery, real-time threat protection, and API security.

What you will do

• Own the full recruiting cycle for a portfolio of early-career and less complex roles, from intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, and signed offers.
• Build proactive searches, conduct outreach, use AI-assisted sourcing tools, and maintain warm candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs, provide updates, and share market feedback.
• Manage candidate communication and deliver a clear, well-organized experience throughout the process.
• Own recruiting coordination, including scheduling, ATS hygiene, pipeline tracking, reporting, and process improvements.
• Participate in intake sessions and calibration discussions while gradually taking on more complex roles.

Requirements

• Degree with strong academic results or equivalent achievements.
• Strong motivation to build a career in recruiting and the drive to prove it.
• Curiosity, sharp thinking, good questioning, willingness to challenge assumptions, and ability to learn from conversations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple open processes without losing track of them.
• Comfort with technology and genuine interest in AI-assisted tools.
• No prior recruiting experience is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in recruiting, HR, sales, student work, volunteering, or another role involving communication and follow-through.
• Interest in technology and cybersecurity.
• Experience with an ATS or sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
