Location: Mountain View, CA / Hybrid / Remote; US remote

hirify.global is developing a new energy-efficient computing substrate for probabilistic artificial intelligence workloads, combining neuromorphic engineering, analog circuits, computing theory, neuroscience, and advanced software.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles including analog circuit design, AI infrastructure, machine learning research, and systems engineering.
• Partner with founders and engineering leaders to define hiring needs, role requirements, and talent plans.
• Design proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates in niche technical markets.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach through onboarding and offer closing.
• Build recruiting processes, interview loops, and ATS workflows that scale while maintaining a high talent bar.
• Represent the mission within academic, scientific, and deep-tech communities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, frontier AI lab, or specialized deep-tech or hardware environment.
• Proven success sourcing and closing exceptional talent in AI/ML research, semiconductors, embedded systems, or high-performance computing.
• Genuine technical curiosity about novel computing architectures, hardware-software co-design, and the future of AI.
• Strategic advisory skills, including challenging assumptions, using market data, and guiding senior stakeholders through ambiguity.
• Ability to operate with high agency, autonomy, and urgency in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain a highly technical, visionary mission to top-tier candidates.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring at the intersection of hardware and software, such as AI accelerators, neuromorphic computing, or advanced silicon.
• Experience with academic recruitment and strong connections to leading research communities.
