Global Talent Acquisition Lead (AI & Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote; flexible hours and collaboration across international time zones

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize the global talent acquisition strategy and recruitment execution.
• Expand, mentor, and empower an internal talent acquisition team.
• Introduce AI tools and modern technology to improve sourcing, tracking, and recruiting insights.
• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational needs into hiring strategies and priorities.
• Build dashboards and KPIs for a predictable, data-driven recruitment lifecycle.
• Source critical, executive, and highly specialized hires across AI, reverse engineering, and B2G defense sales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of global recruiting experience in the high-tech industry.
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a recruiting team in a technology or product company.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global hyper-growth environment.
• Experience scaling a technology company, ideally from approximately 100 to 200+ employees.
• Excellent English communication skills required for collaboration with teams and candidates worldwide.
• Ability to combine hands-on sourcing with strategy development, team building, and funnel-data analysis.

Nice to have

• BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in Behavioral Science or an equivalent field.
