Senior FP&A Analyst - Supply Chain Finance

Location: Hybrid, with presence required 4 days per week at the San Francisco office, San Jose office, or Bellevue office; designated work-from-home day is Tuesday.

Annual salary: $169,000–$225,000 for San Francisco/San Jose; $152,000–$203,000 for Bellevue.

What you will do

• Build equipment capital spending forecasts across GPUs, servers, networking, storage, and spares by supplier, platform, deployment, and site.
• Own equipment in-service timing and depreciation forecasts, reconciling them to the fixed asset register and facility schedules.
• Analyze supplier quotes, bills of materials, landed costs, sourcing alternatives, volume commitments, payment terms, savings, and cost changes.
• Maintain purchase commitment data and supplier payment forecasts covering purchase orders, receipts, invoices, deposits, prepayments, and contractual commitments.
• Evaluate inventory exposure, aging, spares, excess equipment, obsolescence risk, deployment alignment, and cash tied up in idle equipment.
• Prepare planning, reporting, investment committee, Treasury, and Capital Markets analysis while improving procurement data quality and repeatable workflows in Pigment and AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, procurement finance, hardware finance, or a related analytical role.
• Experience forecasting equipment or inventory spending, analyzing supplier costs, or managing purchase commitments and working capital reporting.
• Understanding of how purchase orders, deposits, receipts, supplier payment terms, and inventory movements affect capital spending, in-service timing, depreciation, and cash forecasts.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, including analysis of unit costs, supplier alternatives, and purchasing scenarios.
• Working proficiency in SQL and experience with ERP and procurement data, such as NetSuite or Coupa.
• Ability to reconcile detailed procurement and financial data, investigate variances, and produce practical recommendations.
• Clear communication and effective partnership with sourcing, purchasing, planning, operations, and accounting teams.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware, OEM/ODM, or semiconductor supply chain finance, ideally involving GPU, server, or networking equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting, fixed asset accounting, and depreciation.
• Experience with vendor financing, equipment leases, or other equipment funding structures.
• Experience with Pigment or another enterprise planning system and BI tools such as Tableau.
• Familiarity with data center deployment ramps, site readiness, or cloud infrastructure unit economics.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth organization.
