People Tech Business Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO; New York, NY; or San Francisco, CA, with office attendance approximately 2–3 days per week or more depending on the role. When approved to work elsewhere, a secure, reliable, consistent internet connection and regular predictable attendance are required.

Salary: $107,000–$130,000 annually in Denver and $130,000–$160,000 annually in San Francisco and New York.

What you will do

• Own the administration, configuration, integrations, access, change management, and roadmap for recruiting tools and Sana.
• Gather requirements from Recruiting, write specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and map current-state workflows.
• Partner with Engineering to design, build, test, and launch AI agents and automations for recruiting processes.
• Identify workflow friction, decide when to configure, build, or buy, and measure improvement impact.
• Lead multiple projects from discovery through launch, communicate status and trade-offs to senior stakeholders, and maintain documentation and training.
• Share best practices and support less experienced teammates as recruiting systems and automation work expands.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in HRIS, recruiting systems, business systems analysis, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience owning and configuring an ATS or HR system such as Greenhouse or Workday, including integrations.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects from requirements through launch with measurable results.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Experience partnering with engineers on design, testing, and launch, plus comfort with light scripting or automation tools.
• Experience with, or strong interest in, building AI tools and agents to improve processes.
• Clear communication, including presentations to senior stakeholders, and the ability to prioritize competing requests.
