Senior Financial Analyst - Growth & Commercial Partnering

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to understand objectives, convert growth ideas into business cases, and provide financial guidance.
• Evaluate revenue growth, commercial expansion, process improvement, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Challenge assumptions, align initiatives with the Group’s operating and financial strategy, and support financial goals.
• Establish tailored KPIs and track initiative performance.
• Deliver timely analysis, insights, and recommendations on the financial implications of business decisions.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for functional areas and translate business vision into long-term financial strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in P&L ownership and financial planning.
• Proven people leadership and management experience, with the ability to lead authentically and ensure high standards of delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence strategic business decisions.
• Strategic mindset with long-term vision and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated approach in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with competing deadlines.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, including effective interaction with non-Finance teams.

Nice to have

• MBA, ACCA, or ACA.
• Experience in retail, technology, or e-commerce.
