Payroll Services Consultant (Irish Payroll)

Location: Kilkenny, Ireland

Salary: €38,800–€45,000 gross per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Run full end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of Irish client accounts through the payroll platform.
• Gather and validate the data required to implement and operate new client payrolls.
• Work with the Implementation team to set up payroll software successfully.
• Provide the Payroll Manager with status updates and escalate project risks and issues.
• Process monthly payrolls for allocated clients, including ROS submissions and payments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a payroll, accounts, or finance function; payroll experience is advantageous but not required because full training is provided.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyse data and reach sound conclusions.
• Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Precise attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Motivation, professionalism, ability to work independently, and a flexible, proactive, pragmatic team-oriented approach.
