Order-to-Cash Senior Digital Analyst (GFFS)

What you will do

• Support the Revenue Order-to-Cash Manager with sales reporting and processing across multiple income streams.
• Review sales files for compliance with deal terms and resolve non-compliant reporting.
• Review financial postings, accruals, GL and Accounts Receivable reconciliations, manual journal entries, and partner invoicing.
• Oversee cash allocation against corresponding agreements and maintain customer and deal records in internal systems.
• Supervise direct reports by setting goals, providing training, monitoring progress, and coordinating task completion.
• Coordinate with management, sales partners, IS&T, offshore partners, and other teams on reporting issues and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Accounting is preferred.
• At least 4 years of work experience; music or entertainment industry experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks productively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze information from multiple corporate systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• English proficiency is required for reading, writing, and speaking.

Nice to have

• Music industry or other entertainment experience.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA.
• Experience with SAP, Royalty Systems, and/or Sales Systems.
• Additional foreign languages.
