Location: Onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area, United States

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 base salary plus founding-level equity

What you will do

• Design and implement world-class silicon from the ground up.
• Work on demanding engineering problems for AI inference chips.
• Help shape hardware for LLM inference.

• Take substantial ownership of silicon design and implementation.

Requirements

• Hands-on industry experience designing and implementing silicon.
• Experience working on world-class silicon.
• Strong engineering capability in one or more relevant areas: RTL design, physical design, design verification, or performance modeling.
