DevSecOps

Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, 2 days per week; candidates must already be based in Portugal and have Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code and manage Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement security automation including OWASP Top 10 controls, SAST/DAST, container scanning, and policy-as-code.
• Develop observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentor engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, including CI/CD with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with security automation, OWASP Top 10, SAST/DAST, container scanning, and policy-as-code.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Splunk, plus scripting in Python, Go, Java, or Bash.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience mentoring teams.
• Fluent English at B2 level.
• Availability for hybrid work in Porto or Lisbon and current residence in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Experience with GitOps platforms such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.
