IT Operations Integration Engineer – Cloud & DevOps

Location: Lisbon, hybrid. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

Salary: €3,150–€3,780/month on a B2B basis, or €1,800–€2,050/month net under a permanent contract.

What you will do

• Operate and support infrastructure across OpenStack, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Manage Tomcat and Apache application servers.
• Administer job scheduling and file transfer processes with Control-M and CFT.
• Support AWS and Kubernetes cloud and containerised environments.
• Manage deployment workflows with ArgoCD and handle incidents and operational requests using ServiceNow and Dynatrace.
• Apply ITIL practices and participate in shift work and on-call support when required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with OpenStack, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Practical knowledge of Tomcat and Apache application servers.
• Experience with Control-M and CFT.
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
• Experience using ServiceNow and Dynatrace for incident management and monitoring.
• Understanding of ITIL practices.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and strong team spirit.
• Communicative English and French are required.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union is required.
