What you will do

• Coordinate business initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders, managhirify.global dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Bridge Finance business stakeholders and Technology teams, ensurhirify.global alignment and mutual understandhirify.global.
• Translate complex business requirements into implementation plans and actionable priorities.
• Challenge requirements, assumptions, and solution designs to maximize business value.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders on roadmap definition and execution.
• Ensure security, risk, governance, regulatory, resilience, performance, and maintainability requirements are embedded in solutions while improvhirify.global delivery processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Integrator, Delivery Lead, Feature Engineer, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Mandatory knowledge of ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft, includhirify.global system integrations, dependencies, and end-to-end ERP processes.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and strong understandhirify.global of Finance and Reporthirify.global processes.
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Cost Accounthirify.global, General Ledger, Financial Reporthirify.global, and financial data flows.
• Experience coordinathirify.global complex IT deliveries involvhirify.global multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience workhirify.global in Agile environments.
• Proactive, ownership-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused approach with the ability to challenge constructively and navigate complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and decision-makhirify.global skills, includhirify.global the ability to build bridges between business and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience in bankhirify.global, financial services, or a large international enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Reporthirify.global and Management Reporthirify.global.
• Familiarity with Financial Controllhirify.global, Record-to-Report (R2R), Budgethirify.global & Forecasthirify.global, Cost Accounthirify.global, or General Ledger.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday, or other enterprise ERP platforms in addition to PeopleSoft.
• Good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
