IT Integrator for Cost Accounting (PeopleSoft/ERP)

What you will do

• Coordinate business initiative delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and end-to-end implementation plans.
• Bridge business and technology teams and align stakeholders on requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Challenge requirements, assumptions, and solution designs to improve business value.
• Work with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders on delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ensure security, risk, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements are addressed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Integrator, Delivery Lead, Feature Engineer, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Mandatory ERP knowledge, preferably including PeopleSoft, plus understanding of system integrations, dependencies, and end-to-end ERP processes.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and strong understanding of Finance and Reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Cost Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, and financial data flows.
• Experience coordinating complex IT deliveries involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with ownership through delivery and the ability to challenge constructively.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and business-to-technology collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or a large international enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting and Management Reporting.
• Familiarity with Cost Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Controlling, Record-to-Report (R2R), and Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday, or other enterprise ERP platforms in addition to PeopleSoft.
• Good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
