Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least 3 days per week in the office required

What you will do

• Execute the vision and strategic roadmap for the hirify.global Direct Portal within the Money Movement Solutions Client Experience team.
• Translate product strategy into actionable backlogs and milestones focused on automation, operational excellence, legacy-system migration, and an AI-first approach.
• Lead requirements workshops and discovery sessions with clients, regional teams, and internal users to define product features and resolve portal issues.
• Partner with Technical Product Managers, architects, engineers, delivery managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide work through agile delivery.
• Manage product development from planning through launch, prioritize work across scrum teams, and support go-to-market, onboarding, documentation, and user enablement.
• Track product KPIs including case handling rates, integration success, cost savings, and client satisfaction, using insights to drive improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software; exposure to payments or transaction banking is preferred.
• Experience working with web portals and liaising with UX design teams to enable a strong user experience.
• Strong experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, including backlog management, writing epics and user stories, and leading prioritization.
• Ability to execute product vision through market research, customer discovery, and data-driven decision-making.
• Track record of collaborating with Technical Product Managers or solution architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with API and integration projects and security-first features is highly desirable.
