Lead Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Drive high-impact product initiatives from discovery and problem definition through launch, adoption, and iteration across multiple squads and product surfaces.
• Shape product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps with the VP of Product and product leadership, translating company goals into sequenced product bets.
• Engage enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to identify unmet needs, validate problem-solution fit, and represent customer needs in product decisions.
• Partner with engineering and design on requirements, technical tradeoffs, and product development involving LLMs, agents, platform architecture, and data.
• Align go-to-market, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders while communicating strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
• Define success metrics, evaluate impact using quantitative and qualitative signals, and mentor product managers while raising product craft standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership and delivery of complex, high-impact products; SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML experience is preferred.
• Senior- or staff-level experience operating autonomously across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces and influencing outcomes beyond the immediate team.
• Strong customer focus, including direct customer engagement, signal synthesis, and designing around real workflows and pain points.
• Technical credibility to work effectively with engineers and researchers on system design, LLM capabilities, data, and architecture.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution, including setting product vision and managing detailed release plans.
• Exceptional communication skills across technical, operational, and executive audiences, with the ability to drive alignment without formal authority.
• Mentoring ability and a data-informed, outcome-driven approach to defining success and delivering with speed.

Nice to have

• Experience building products powered by LLMs, generative AI, or large-scale AI/ML systems.
• Background in enterprise software, developer platforms, or developer-facing products.
• Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails, and operational considerations for deploying AI in regulated or high-stakes environments.
