Digital Product Manager Apprentice - Edinburgh (Fintech)

Location: Edinburgh, UK; office attendance is required throughout the programme, with apprentices expected to be in the office most days initially.

Salary: £27,400 fixed apprenticeship salary.

What you will do

• Prioritise customer-driven product changes.
• Manage the end-to-end digital product lifecycle.
• Engage with users, stakeholders, and engineers.
• Analyse customer and product problems and shape solutions.
• Apply user-centric design, data analysis, and product planning approaches.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old by the end of February 2028.
• National 5 Maths and English at grades A–C, achieved.
• Four Highers at BBCC; predicted grades are accepted, but offers are conditional on successful achievement.
• Currently hold valid Right to Work in the UK. The visa end date must extend beyond the apprenticeship programme, which lasts up to two years.
• Visa sponsorship is not available because the apprenticeship salary does not meet the Skilled Worker minimum threshold.
