Lead Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead complex product initiatives from development through launch, including product profitability and P&L management where applicable.
• Own product roadmaps and define strategic priorities through collaboration with analysts, delivery, sales, relationship management, and other stakeholders.
• Develop go-to-market packaging, pricing strategies, marketing inputs, and executive recommendations.
• Build complex business cases and conduct structured market research to support prioritization, product functionality, and client value propositions.
• Facilitate product concepts and requirements workshops with clients and internal development teams, documenting decisions and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with product delivery and technology architecture on detailed design, testing support, and alignment with product objectives and market needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a combination of relevant training and experience in lieu of a degree.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in similar business product services and/or external customer or market-facing work.
• Broad and in-depth expertise with the ability to lead matrix teams and complex initiatives.
• Experience addressing product, technology, or concept decisions that affect design and selling success.
• Ability to work independently with wide latitude in determining objectives, methods, and approaches for critical assignments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience in a software development environment or professional services role.
• Software or IT background, including direct experience with software development, testing, or business analysis.
• Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodology.
