What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment, pipeline management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance.
• Advise and coach hiring managers on time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement, and conversion.
• Improve recruiting programs and develop innovative strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Use ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to analyze recruiting pipelines and results.
• Support employer branding through networking events and online meetups.
• Maintain candidate relationships and identify candidates for future opportunities.

Requirements

• Ideally 5 years of experience recruiting different profiles in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a scale-up or technology company.
• Successful collaboration experience with Senior Tech Leaders.
• Experience recruiting across Technology roles and levels, including Data, Engineering, and Product.
• Solid understanding of hirify.global’s vision, business model, and operations.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build effective recruiting partnerships.
• Data- and metrics-oriented approach to recruiting strategy and goals without compromising candidate experience.
• Ability to influence different types of decision-makers, advise senior leaders, and shape strategic hiring decisions.
