TL;DR
AI Implementer (Enterprise AI/LLMs): Building and deploying secure AI agents, MCP integrations, chatbots, and productivity automations across enterprise systems with an accent on LLM application development, SaaS integrations, and governance. Focus on connecting AI tools to business workflows, measuring adoption and cost, and ensuring reliable production operation through security controls, documentation, and support.
Location: Jerusalem, Israel; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Lead the company-wide rollout of AI coding assistants, enterprise copilots, chat platforms, and agent platforms, including evaluation, deployment, licensing, provisioning, onboarding, and adoption.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents, assistants, and automations for IT and business units.
- Develop and maintain MCP server integrations for tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Jenkins, and Microsoft 365, and onboard tools to the MCP gateway.
- Extend the corporate chatbot with self-service automations and knowledge sources, and connect AI solutions to ITSM, SaaS applications, AD/Entra ID, and REST APIs.
- Track AI usage, costs, and KPIs such as ticket deflection and automation runs.
- Apply authentication, least-privilege access, data protection, audit/SOX controls, documentation, enablement sessions, Tier-3 support, technology evaluation, and proof-of-concept development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, automation, systems engineering, or software development.
- Strong scripting and programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs/GenAI, including prompt engineering, RAG, agents, and function/tool calling.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and SaaS or enterprise-system integrations.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and explain AI clearly.
- Fluent Hebrew and English.
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP servers or clients.
- Knowledge of Entra ID/AD, OAuth, SSO, and security best practices.
- Troubleshooting experience in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with Amazon Q/Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Open WebUI, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- IT operations or ITSM experience, including Jira Service Management.
- Azure experience, including Key Vault and App Services, or AWS experience.
- Experience with AI workload cost monitoring, observability, technical training, or workshops.
