AI Automation & Enablement Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

What you will do

• Design and build internal AI agents, automations, integrations, and tools that solve business problems.
• Work with teams across Engineering, Product, Sales, Support, Finance, and HR to understand workflows and reduce manual work.
• Take solutions from discovery through implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Run hands-on AI workshops and help nontechnical employees build automations with appropriate guidance and guardrails.
• Create a shared library of AI tools, agents, templates, and best practices, while developing an AI champion network.
• Help define the internal AI tool stack, usage guidelines, data protection practices, and responsible experimentation standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a similarly hands-on technical role.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, agents, integrations, or automations using LLMs.
• Experience taking technical solutions from idea to implementation, ideally building tools that people use.
• Experience working with APIs, integrating systems, and solving technical problems independently.
• Proactive, curious, and able to identify workflow improvement opportunities independently.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams and explain complex concepts practically.
• Genuine interest in sharing knowledge, helping others learn, and experimenting with new technologies.
• Fluent English and Hebrew required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, RAG, or similar AI frameworks and technologies.
• Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI-powered applications in production.
• Experience building internal tools or automations used across multiple departments.
• Familiarity with AI security, data privacy, and access controls.
