Software Engineer (Node.js/TypeScript)

Location: Hybrid role in Tel Aviv, Israel, with some in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

• Design and develop backend features and services from concept through production.
• Build and operate scalable, reliable, maintainable cloud-native services and production systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, design reviews, engineering best practices, and decisions focused on reliability, scalability, performance, cost, and observability.
• Build and enhance AI- and LLM-based capabilities and internal AI tooling.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams while working with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud-native technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Solid experience building backend services and cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized, cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing and working with REST APIs and operating scalable production systems.
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic engineering environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI- or LLM-based services in production.
• Experience with React or full-stack development.
• Experience with multi-tenant or large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with storage technologies.
• Experience with additional public cloud platforms.
