Senior Developer – Platform Operations (React/Next.js)

Location: Remote, Quezon City, Metro Manila. Night shift aligned with North American business hours and US time zones, approximately 11:00 PM–8:00 AM China Standard Time.

Salary: PHP 85,000–130,000 per month.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on production support for enterprise digital platforms during North American business hours.
• Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and debug React and Next.js applications and Contentful headless CMS configurations, schemas, content models, and delivery.
• Monitor platform availability, performance, website stability, deployments, and GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows.
• Diagnose integrations involving Bazaarvoice, PriceSpider, Salsify, third-party APIs, product catalogs, ratings and reviews, and Where to Buy functionality.
• Perform root cause analysis, validate data flows and API responses, document incidents, and meet established SLA targets.
• Act as the technical escalation point for content publishing teams, non-technical stakeholders, vendors, and global teams, ensuring clear updates and regional handovers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including strong expertise in React and Next.js.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting, maintaining, and debugging modern frontend applications built with React and Next.js.
• Experience with Contentful, including headless CMS configurations, content delivery, schemas, and content models.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, automated builds, deployments, release checks, and CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting.
• Experience troubleshooting API and data flows between frontend applications, headless CMS platforms, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with application support, production troubleshooting, site reliability, and operational maintenance of enterprise platforms.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, stakeholder management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift, remain effective during live production incidents, and prioritize issues by urgency, business impact, and SLA requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills and availability for North American business hours are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bazaarvoice, PriceSpider, Salsify, or similar product information management, product catalog, e-commerce, and digital experience platforms.
• Experience supporting high-traffic websites and mission-critical digital platforms.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, incident management processes, and production support workflows.
• Experience working with distributed teams and international stakeholders, particularly North American teams.
