Business Planning Analyst - ITP (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Corporate Headquarters in Duncan, SC, USA

What you will do

• Analyze business and performance information to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative inputs into insights, visualizations, dashboards, and executive-ready materials.
• Support strategic planning, business reviews, leadership forums, KPI reporting, and the division operating rhythm.
• Use AI-enabled tools to research, analyze, synthesize, automate, and improve planning and reporting workflows.
• Improve planning processes, templates, tools, and workflows while coordinating schedules, meeting notes, status tracking, and deliverables for defined initiatives.
• Prepare and distribute executive briefing packages and communications materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategic planning, business operations, finance, or a comparable analytical role.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate findings into business implications and recommended actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience preparing materials for senior executive audiences and coordinating inputs across multiple functions.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity and analytical tools, with a commitment to responsible use and continuous learning.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential business information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
