Head of Embedded Finance

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid workplace

Total base pay range: $175,700–$289,900 per year.

What you will do

• Own the Embedded Finance business across North America, including revenue growth, profitability, partner adoption, and long-term performance.
• Define and execute the strategy for evolving the embedded payments platform into a broader financial ecosystem.
• Build and scale commercial growth initiatives across sales, partnerships, product, marketing, and customer success.
• Partner with Product and Technology leaders to shape the roadmap, prioritize investments, and launch financial services solutions.
• Lead a cross-functional organization and influence enterprise stakeholders to drive execution, operational excellence, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Executive leadership experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, software, platform businesses, or embedded finance.
• Proven success owning a P&L or leading a significant business unit with responsibility for growth, profitability, and strategic execution.
• Deep understanding of embedded payments, integrated payments, PayFac models, software ecosystems, or embedded financial services.
• Track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition, adoption, expansion, and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial, financial, and operational leadership skills, including the ability to balance innovation, risk management, compliance, and scalable execution.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling embedded finance or platform-based businesses through strategic partnerships and product innovation.
• Experience with vertical software providers, B2B2X business models, or distribution-led growth strategies.
• MBA or equivalent leadership experience in a high-growth, complex, matrixed organization.
