Senior Product Marketing Manager [IC4] (AI)

Location: Remote; hirify.global hires almost anywhere in the world, with a preference for USA - West. Working hours must overlap with Pacific Time for at least 25 hours per week.

Salary: IC4 pay band starts at $180,000 in Zone 1 and $144,000 in Zone 2; additional equity and benefits are offered.

What you will do

• Develop technical product marketing for hirify.global's search, AI, agent, API, code migration, and workflow products.
• Create positioning, messaging frameworks, market narratives, and thought leadership for technical enterprise audiences.
• Lead product releases and launches from planning through execution, making the process repeatable and predictable.
• Build sales enablement assets that support enterprise sales motions and complex buying cycles.
• Partner with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, DevRel, GTM, and EPD teams on integrated campaigns, webinars, videos, web content, and events.
• Drive initiatives that influence pipeline generation, deal velocity, revenue attribution, and GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, developer marketing, product management, or related technical marketing roles in a B2B enterprise setting.
• Strong familiarity with developer tools and modern developer workflows, plus a deep interest in AI-driven software development.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end technical product launches, including positioning, field enablement, and launch execution.
• Ability to partner with technical teams, define product differentiation, and translate it into clear, credible, memorable stories across channels.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and navigating complex buying cycles.
• Strong sales enablement skills, including building and maintaining collateral and assets that move enterprise deals forward.
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and DevRel across webinars, videos, web content, and events.
• Customer-first approach, translating customer feedback into messaging, positioning, and product direction.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of how modern software is built, shipped, and adopted.
• Bias toward action and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Background in software engineering or software development.
• Experience with account-based marketing in enterprise or strategic account motions.
