Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform

hirify.global is building an AI-native operating system for financial services that consolidates fragmented data, automates client onboarding, advice, and servicing workflows, and embeds intelligent decision-making across the client lifecycle.

What you will do

• Build and productize reusable AI platform capabilities for engineering teams.
• Own backend services, APIs, and integrations, primarily with TypeScript and Go where needed.
• Deliver full-stack features connecting AI capabilities to React and Next.js product experiences.
• Improve scalability, reliability, and performance through architecture, testing, troubleshooting, and on-call participation after ramp-up.
• Use coding agents while owning planning, code quality, reviews, and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design while communicating proactively and sharing ownership.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience shipping and owning production software at scale.
• Hands-on experience building intelligence layers or AI-enabled products with applied generative AI.
• Strong backend engineering and API design skills in TypeScript or another transferable language.
• Full-stack capability, including building and maintaining modern web interfaces.
• Sound system design judgment across scalability, reliability, performance, and engineering tradeoffs.
• High autonomy and accountability, clear communication, and sound decision-making in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and/or Go.
• Experience with AI evaluations, integrity systems, or recommendation capabilities.
• Prior startup experience or experience productizing early-stage platforms.
• Financial-services, fintech, or data-intensive product experience.
