Senior / Staff Fullstack Engineer (AI Visuals)

Location: NYC office, onsite 5 days per week. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Annual base salary: $228K–$363K, plus target equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and ship AI music video, generative cover art, and animated video cover features.
• Develop preference data pipelines to support model tuning and improve output quality.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine the aesthetic quality of generated images and videos.
• Build AI director workflows that guide music video creation from concept to final cut.
• Evaluate emerging image and video generation models and integrate their capabilities into music video products.

Requirements

• Excitement about building products from 0 to 1.
• Hands-on experience with image and video models and inference.
• Strong background in backend or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with AI image or video generation models such as Nano Banana, H3, FLUX, GPT Image, Seedance, Kling, or similar models.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building agentic AI systems, including RAG pipelines or multi-step orchestration of video generation workflows.
