Senior Compensation Manager

Location: Lehi, Utah; open to remote work in the United States

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end compensation program, including equity and executive compensation.
• Partner with executives and senior leaders to align compensation with talent attraction, retention, behaviors, and business outcomes.
• Oversee annual compensation planning, merit cycles, promotions, off-cycle changes, and executive compensation.
• Design and maintain role classification, benchmarking, compensation philosophy, job architecture, and leveling.
• Manage the global equity program, including pool planning, forecasting, management, and expansion.
• Support broader People Operations priorities and relevant projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Compensation experience at a software company.
• Experience building scalable compensation programs in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including Google Sheets or Excel.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, including equity, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leaders to drive business outcomes.
• Proficiency with compensation survey tools such as Radford.
• Effective executive communication skills and ability to present complex topics clearly and handle sensitive discussions with leaders.
