What you will do

• Develop algorithms, applications, predictive models, and large-scale experiments to solve business and manufacturing challenges.
• Build data-driven applications that convert structured and unstructured data into actionable hirify.globalligence.
• Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization through dashboards and presentations to support decisions.
• Detect and correct anomalies while maintaining data integrity and compiling data from multiple sources.
• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML and deep learning frameworks for training and inference.
• Collaborate with technical, development, and business teams to deploy scalable models and support analytical services.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; or a master's degree in one of these fields with 3+ years of hands-on data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with database development and management.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub-based code development workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to deploy and maintain agents and/or web applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global-specific challenges, including image recognition or metamodeling of hirify.global datasets.
• Exposure to advanced AI/ML techniques for hirify.global's data environments.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and presenting findings.
• Interest in using data science to solve real-world problems and drive innovation.
