Data Scientist, Enterprise Analytics (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Base salary: $86,400–$176,400 USD annually for United States residents; bonuses, equity, and benefits are excluded.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other business teams to generate insights and support go-to-market decisions.
• Analyze behavioral trends, business performance drivers, activation, conversion, expansion, retention, consumption, ARR, and first-order metrics.
• Build and productionize propensity, PQL scoring, churn, and expansion models using Python, SQL, feature engineering, validation, MLOps, monitoring, and automated retraining.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and quasi-experiments for onboarding, pricing, packaging, and upgrade flows.
• Build and monitor agentic workflows for analysis, modeling, and pipeline automation, ensuring generated insights are accurate, traceable, and trustworthy.
• Contribute to the Semantic Layer and write maintainable, performant production-grade Python and SQL, including code review.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in GTM analytics, data science, or a similar technical role.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into measurable questions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with experimentation and causal inference, including A/B testing, power analysis, and quasi-experimental methods.
• Experience with regression, classification, clustering, survival analysis, and other statistical and machine learning methods.
• Deep hands-on SQL experience in cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, including product usage and event data, plus experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
• Production data science experience with Python, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Jupyter, LightGBM, XGBoost, and related libraries.
• Hands-on experience building agentic workflows with AI coding agents such as Claude Code or OpenCode, connecting agents to context, tools, and platforms such as MLflow, and evaluating output accuracy and reliability.
• Experience in a B2C company working with Consumption, CRR, ARR, and Churn & Contraction metrics.
• Self-management, strong organizational skills, ability to use hirify.global, and ability to thrive in a fully remote organization.
