What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees.
• Prepare, configure, deploy, securely wipe, and decommission Mac and Windows devices.
• Manage user accounts, access, equipment, software licenses, and IT inventory.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge-base articles, tutorials, and IT best-practice guides.
• Support infrastructure-scaling projects, security audits, and preparation for future regulatory needs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of both macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with standard remote desktop tools and ticketing or helpdesk systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Exceptional communication and customer-service skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Designed for current college students with 1–2 years remaining before graduation.

Nice to have

• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi configuration.
• Experience with mobile device management solutions.
