Senior Manager, Preconstruction Scheduling

Location: AMER; other locations: US. Travel up to 20% may be required based on business needs.

Base salary: $130,000–$230,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and publish integrated preconstruction delivery schedules and basis-of-schedule documents across the active portfolio.
• Create conceptual and detailed schedules for site development, construction, energy, AI infrastructure, design, and procurement workstreams.
• Review and integrate schedules from prime contractors, utilities, designers, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
• Define activities, scope, durations, logic, interfaces, and resource loading while incorporating site, market, and regulatory constraints.
• Analyze critical paths, schedule variance, and risk scenarios, including Monte Carlo analysis.
• Support due diligence, project development scenarios, dashboard reporting, scheduling standards, P6 Cloud training, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of related construction scheduling experience.
• Strong theoretical and applied understanding of the Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6, latest version, and MS Project.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts at all design levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Data center or mission-critical facility experience.
• Extensive experience with Procore and Power BI.
• Experience creating schedule risk matrices and applying risks through Monte Carlo analysis.
