Lead Project Scheduler (Renewable Energy)

Location: Remote/Traveling; travel up to 50% during the first 6–8 months, then 25–30% consistently. Candidates must hold valid, independent U.S. work authorization.

Salary: $110,617–$160,396 per year.

What you will do

• Build, modify, analyze, and maintain resource-loaded baseline and integrated master CPM schedules for large renewable energy construction projects.
• Support project management teams with earned value dashboards, metrics, schedule updates, and contract deliverables.
• Review P6 baseline schedules and validate schedule quality using P6 Health Check and Acumen Fuse against applicable DCMA metrics.
• Perform schedule risk and critical path analysis, identify resource overloads, and recommend corrective actions.
• Resource-load schedules using project cost estimates and align scope, costs, and schedule requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, and schedule-system training to project schedulers and field personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent education or relevant experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in project scheduling or a combination of construction and planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and resource-loaded schedules.
• Renewable energy construction experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for the first 6–8 months and then consistently 25–30%.
• Valid, independent U.S. work authorization is required; H-1B visa and permanent residency sponsorship are unavailable.
