Senior Manager, Consulting

What you will do

• Lead strategic consulting engagements across strategic planning, governance, transformation, technology adoption, and organizational change management.
• Build long-term relationships with clients across North America and advise C-level stakeholders on strategic and tactical technology priorities.
• Scope and deliver proposals, statements of work, presentations, and consulting solutions for cross-functional, mission-critical challenges.
• Act as executive sponsor and senior client-facing representative, overseeing planning, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, execution, deliverables, and executive briefings.
• Manage, coach, and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams while supporting multiple concurrent projects.
• Contribute to practice strategy, go-to-market initiatives, methodology improvements, operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, and new intellectual property.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of management consulting experience with a proven record of building and delivering solutions for mission-critical client priorities.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Business acumen and ability to advise C-level clients on strategic priorities.
• Experience with business development, proposals, RFPs, and statements of work.
• Strong client-facing, written, verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive presence skills.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring, managing project scope and expectations, and driving high performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex client environments, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• MBA.
• Fluency in French.
• Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or German to support a diverse client base across North America and globally.
