Associate, Enterprise Strategy and Corporate Development

What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of corporate and business strategies, initiatives, and plans.
• Prepare presentations and strategic materials for internal clients, including the Group Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis.
• Research market, competitive, industry, client, and regulatory developments to evaluate opportunities.
• Assist with due diligence and project management for transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, joint ventures, organic growth initiatives, and management of direct equity and fund investments.

Requirements

• Degree in a finance-related field such as business, finance, or accounting.
• At least one year of experience in corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, transaction services, or business valuation.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, for analysis and communicating insights.
• Ability to investigate complex problems, interpret information, and communicate detailed findings effectively.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse partners through respect and authenticity.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and making decisions that support current and future objectives.
• Professional designations such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
