IT & Cybersecurity Manager (M/F) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Define and implement the IT and cybersecurity roadmap, including a secure and scalable architecture for industrial and organisational growth.
• Own networks, cloud and on-premise systems, identity and access management, endpoints, backups, disaster recovery, network segmentation, and IT/OT security.
• Lead IT infrastructure deployment for the new industrial site across corporate, R&D, laboratory, and production environments.
• Develop the industrial information-systems architecture connecting ERP/MRP, inventory, production, PLM/PDM, testing, quality, and other business systems.
• Build and manage the IT function, including external providers, governance, security practices, and internal capabilities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or information systems, including responsibility for designing and implementing IT architectures and security solutions.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally aerospace, defence, automotive, electronics, medical devices, or another high-reliability industry.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud and on-premise environments, identity and access management, endpoint management, backup, and cybersecurity.
• Understanding of industrial IT/OT environments and cybersecurity challenges involving production, laboratory, and test equipment.
• Exposure to ERP/MRP, MES, PLM/PDM, or QMS and understanding of how these systems interact.
• Experience working with and managing external IT, infrastructure, or cybersecurity providers.
• Ability to translate operational needs into pragmatic, secure, and scalable technical solutions.
• Professional working proficiency in French and English.
• Previous experience managing a large team is not required; technical ownership, autonomy, and leadership are expected.
