IT Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Paris, France; office-first, in-person role with occasional work from home when appropriate.

Salary: €75K–€110K per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Own employee hardware across the Paris team, including Mac and Linux endpoints, MDM tooling, security standards, and inventory.
• Build and document hardware onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Manage IAM across SSO, Google Workspace, and third-party SaaS tools, maintaining auditable and least-privilege access.
• Manage AV, networking, and physical office infrastructure while serving as the first point of contact for IT issues.
• Support security reviews, audits, compliance initiatives, risk mitigation, and accurate IT documentation.
• Automate repetitive IT processes, evaluate tools, and contribute to the IT roadmap with Ops and Engineering.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing macOS and Linux endpoints in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong working knowledge of MDM solutions such as Jamf or Kandji, plus SSO and identity management platforms.
• Solid understanding of routing, VPNs, DNS, and office connectivity.
• Understanding of access-control best practices in security-conscious environments.
• Ability to document systems and processes clearly enough for others to operate independently.
• Proactive communication, end-to-end ownership, sound judgment under ambiguity, and comfort with shifting priorities.
• Commitment to improving user experience, reducing recurring manual work, and using AI tools to improve IT operations.
