Industrial Cyber Security Specialist

Location: Toulouse Area, France; based at the Toulouse St. Martin manufacturing facilities.

What you will do

• Implement industrial cyber solutions and service projects in cooperation with plant stakeholders.
• Conduct Industrial Cyber Security Maturity Assessments and deliver local improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate local responses to cybersecurity incidents and supervise OT and IACS change control.
• Manage local resources, budgets, and work packages while supporting vulnerability management.
• Maintain plant security metrics and prepare communication plans for reporting cybersecurity posture to local management.

Requirements

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, Industrial Automation, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven expertise in Industrial Control Systems and Operational Technology cybersecurity.
• Solid experience in cyber incident detection and response, and information systems security architectures.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, including the Manufacturing Profile, NIST 800-53, and NIST 800-82.
• Strong knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 standards.
• Familiarity with EASA PART-IS, NIS2, and EBIOS regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of Security-by-Design principles.
