Procurement and Supply Chain Lead (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Establish and lead the procurement and supply chain function.
• Manage sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supply priorities for production and engineering needs.
• Purchase and secure electronic boards, harnesses, mechanical parts, equipment, tooling, and outsourced manufacturing services.
• Build supplier partnerships, monitor performance, and manage risks, capacity constraints, shortages, long-lead items, and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Finance to resolve supply issues and support production planning.
• Improve procurement and supply chain processes, maintain ERP data integrity, monitor KPIs, and contribute to make-or-buy, supplier qualification, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in procurement, supply chain, or industrial sourcing, including experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience purchasing electronic components or materials, technical equipment, or industrial components.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of production constraints and supply chain challenges.
• Understanding of component procurement constraints, including lead times, obsolescence, quality requirements, supplier qualification, and traceability.
• Comfort working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent French and English required.

• Experience in space, aerospace, automotive, electronics, or another demanding industrial sector.
