Procurement Specialist

Location: Europe; remote work model. The posting header lists Lodz, Poland, while the final work location may be determined based on the selected candidate in one of multiple countries.

What you will do

• Manage Procurement Gate Model activities, including project procurement meetings and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate procurement activities for R&D projects and act as an interface between technology, product management, and Business Line Procurement teams.
• Execute purchasing and logistics strategies to optimize supplier cost, quality, reliability, delivery, and sustainability.
• Design and implement local sourcing plans aligned with business targets and future requirements.
• Apply procurement standards, tools, processes, and supplier negotiation practices.
• Deliver and participate in training programs supporting compliance and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field, with solid technical understanding.
• Proven procurement experience with a strong track record in supplier management and R&D project coordination.
• Strong analytical skills in cost optimization, value chain analysis, and risk assessment.
• Solid project management capabilities and experience with Agile Gate Model methodologies.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills for working with engineers, suppliers, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated results identifying and onboarding new cost-competitive suppliers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Brand Labeling, ODM, OEM, JDM, EMS, and manufacturing environments.
