Factory Construction Project / Program Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in New Albany, Ohio, United States

Annual salary: $140,220–$278,830 USD for roles performed in the US.

What you will do

• Manage high-budget factory new builds, tool installations, and progressive renovations aligned with production needs.
• Build long-range planning roadmaps with manufacturing strategic planning teams, including decision-timing models and what-if analyses.
• Coordinate construction schedules with factory, finance, supply chain, and other stakeholders to meet wafer production timelines.
• Develop construction metrics and report on program health, timelines, quality, budgets, scope, and change controls.
• Troubleshoot onsite issues, perform root-cause failure analysis, and maintain project momentum and quality standards.
• Partner with construction contractors and internal Technology Development, Factory Management, Estimating, Construction Finance, and Strategic Planning organizations; review CSA, electrical, mechanical, and process designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 9+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects with budgets exceeding $2 billion.
• Experience with construction scheduling tools and data analysis platforms.
• Experience with cost estimation, design review processes, and change control protocols.
• Knowledge of construction standards for mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with strategic planning and root-cause failure analysis in construction environments.
