Financial Consulting Manager - SBIC Fund Administration

Location: Denver Downtown, United States; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office

Compensation Range: $119,100–$239,300 plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

hirify.global provides professional services and fund administration support to middle-market clients across financial services, technology, life sciences, and manufacturing.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day fund administration engagements, primarily for private equity clients, including capital calls, distributions, wires, cash management, quarterly reporting, and year-end reporting.
• Lead, train, and develop the Fund Services Plus team and coordinate delivery with offshore affiliates.
• Coordinate fund-level operating activities, fee calculations, credit facility maintenance, deal funding, investor funding, and annual audit support.
• Review and prepare financial statement work-paper schedules, maintain waterfall data, and develop carried interest calculations and models.
• Serve as a primary client contact, respond to investor requests, and educate the US team on fund administration requirements.
• Support quality control, policy compliance, client onboarding design, technology implementation, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant fund accounting or fund administration experience, including experience leading engagements or teams serving private equity, real estate, or other alternative investment funds.
• Strong knowledge of interpreting and applying financial and operational terms in Limited Partnership Agreements for private equity funds.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong proficiency with fund accounting and fund administration platforms such as Allvue, Investran, eFront, Yardi, or similar systems.
• Strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, positive attitude, oral and written communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.

• Graduate degree, CPA, and/or CA.
• Yardi experience for roles supporting real estate fund clients.
• MRI experience for roles supporting real estate fund clients.
