Project Coordinator, Professional Services

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States. Final-stage candidates may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of small- to medium-sized Professional Services engagements from kickoff through closeout, managing scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary customer-facing contact by coordinating meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate resource assignments with Professional Services managers and project managers based on skills, availability, utilization, and workload.
• Align technical resources, partners, and customers while tracking tasks, dependencies, project status, financials, and forecasts in PSA tools.
• Track project pipelines to anticipate resource needs, identify talent gaps or bottlenecks, and advise on hiring or cross-training.
• Use AI tools to streamline status reporting, meeting summaries, and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or resource management, ideally in Professional Services or a SaaS or cloud technology environment.
• Strong project management fundamentals and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining deadlines and details.
• Experience coordinating capacity, availability, skills matching, utilization, and resource forecasts.
• Hands-on experience with PSA tools such as Certinia, Kantata, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace, and Confluence.
• Clear customer-facing communication skills and the ability to lead meetings, manage expectations, and align cross-functional teams.
• Proactive ownership, initiative, follow-through, and comfort identifying needs without being asked.
• Comfort using AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with, or eagerness to learn about, networking, security, and hirify.global products and services.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PMP, or Agile certification.
• Fluency in more than one language.
