Tech Lead - Customer Success (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based in Valencia, Spain, or Gothenburg, Sweden

What you will do

• Design and evolve the technical architecture for the Customer Success product domain.
• Translate product features into technical tasks and concrete implementation approaches.
• Lead sprint planning, technical refinement, and effective delivery practices.
• Establish CI/CD and operational practices while ensuring quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Platform, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Product Owner stakeholders.
• Mentor developers, identify technical risks and debt, and support incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on background as a senior engineer, developer, technical architect, or technical lead.
• Experience acting as a technical lead in agile or product-oriented teams.
• Experience leading and coaching engineers and establishing healthy ways of working.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, cloud platforms, integrations, and modern architecture patterns.
• Proven ability to run effective delivery teams and make clear technical decisions while explaining trade-offs.
• Ability to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on standards and constraints.
• Pragmatic mindset focused on progress without compromising technical quality or safety.

Nice to have

• Healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR.
• Regulated or compliance environments, including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, or GDPR.
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Container Apps.
• Advanced observability tools and application performance monitoring solutions.
• Enterprise-scale experience.
