Solutions Architect (DLT/Blockchain)

What you will do

• Translate business requirements from stakeholders, delivery managers, sales teams, and clients into DLT-based technical solutions.
• Design architectures for tokenization platforms, settlement and custody flows, and ledger network topologies.
• Act as the DLT technical authority during presales, advising on public, private, and permissioned networks, privacy, interoperability, and platform selection.
• Develop proposals with technical specifications, timelines, and cost estimates while ensuring feasibility, scalability, and alignment with client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to combine DLT with AI capabilities such as LLM-based automation, analytics, and compliance monitoring.
• Explain complex DLT concepts to technical and non-technical audiences while managing multiple prospects and projects.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, including 5+ years designing and delivering DLT or blockchain solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience with distributed ledger frameworks and networks including Hyperledger Besu, Canton, Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains, Corda, or Hyperledger Fabric.
• Deep knowledge of consensus mechanisms, node and network topology, privacy and confidentiality models, key management and custody, interoperability, and cross-chain integration.
• Proficiency in Java and experience building and deploying complex systems integrated with enterprise and legacy systems.
• Knowledge of microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectural patterns, with the ability to select suitable approaches based on project constraints.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including deploying and operating ledger nodes and networks.
• Experience designing and developing smart contracts with Solidity or Daml, including ERC-20, ERC-1400, and ERC-3643 token standards and secure contract design patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of security, data protection, and compliance requirements, including GDPR, MiCA, and financial-sector regulation; familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, smart contract testing and audits, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong communication, teamwork, people management, leadership, and multitasking abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital markets or digital asset projects such as tokenized securities, funds, bonds, stablecoins, or CBDCs.
• Experience with AI projects, including LLMs and machine learning techniques.
• Contributions to open-source DLT projects or recognized blockchain certifications.
