Tech Lead Web Development (Spares, MRO & Training Products)

What you will do

• Define technical strategies and lead the design of scalable, performant, secure web architectures.
• Manage and monitor code delivery for digital projects supporting spares, MRO, and customer pilot or technician training.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the primarily outsourced web development team.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, estimate effort, and align solutions with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Own code quality, technical debt, SDLC standards, technical roadmaps, and end-to-end production releases.
• Lead technical discovery, build PoCs, evaluate technologies, and resolve complex production incidents and hotfixes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with strong expertise in Angular.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Ability to design robust, scalable, maintainable systems with knowledge of APIs, service-oriented or microservices architectures, performance, security, OWASP, and authentication standards.
• Knowledge of code quality practices, code splitting, optimization, relational databases, SQL, database design, and advanced Git workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, without requiring absolute DevOps expertise.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum, Jira-based workflow management, effort estimation, risk and dependency management, testing, technical debt, post-mortems, and production incident management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, leadership, problem-solving, customer-orientation, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English is mandatory for work in an international environment.

• React, Python, or Node.js with NestJS.
• Automated testing, Clean Architecture, TDD, Domain-Driven Design, and a Software Craftsmanship mindset.
• NoSQL/MongoDB, Red Hat OpenShift, and SAFe.
• Enterprise integrations involving SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud, Mirakl Marketplace, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC6, or ABAP.
• Mulesoft, TIBCO ESB, Solace, or other event-driven and middleware platforms.
