Tech Lead Web Development (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and web architecture for Spares, MRO, and Training applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and estimate delivery effort.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the web development team and coordinate with product owners, business analysts, managed service providers, and users.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, maintainability, and effective technical debt management.
• Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept development, technology evaluation, and the web development roadmap.
• Manage complex production incidents, hotfixes, and the end-to-end release process.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in web development and technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Java, and Spring or Spring Boot.
• Experience designing scalable web systems, APIs, service-oriented or microservices architectures, and secure applications, including OWASP and authentication standards.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, relational database design, advanced Git workflows, CI/CD principles, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, application testing, production incident management, effort estimation, risk management, and technical debt.
• Advanced English is mandatory for work in an international environment.

• React, Python, Node.js, automated testing, Clean Architecture, TDD, Domain-Driven Design, or MongoDB.
• SAP Hybris or SAP Commerce Cloud, Mirakl, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC6, or ABAP.
• MuleSoft, TIBCO ESB, Solace, Red Hat OpenShift, or SAFe.
