Tech Lead – Customer Success (Valencia)

What you will do

• Design and evolve the technical architecture for the Customer Success domain.
• Break down product features into technical tasks and implementation approaches.
• Lead sprint planning, technical refinement, and effective delivery practices.
• Establish CI/CD and operational practices while ensuring quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with platform, security, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Mentor developers, manage technical risks and debt, and support incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on background as a senior engineer, developer, technical architect, or technical lead.
• Experience acting as a technical lead in agile or product-oriented teams.
• Experience leading and coaching engineers and running effective delivery teams.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, cloud platforms, integrations, and modern architectures.
• Ability to make clear technical decisions, explain trade-offs, and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on standards and constraints.
• Pragmatic approach focused on progress without compromising technical quality or safety.

Nice to have

• Healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR.
• Regulatory or compliance experience with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, or GDPR.
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Container Apps.
• Advanced observability tools and APM solutions.
• Experience in enterprise-scale or regulated environments.
• Spanish language skills.
