BIM Manager

Location: Remote, with the listed location at 8345 Lenexa Drive, Lenexa, Kansas, United States of America. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary ranges: $125,904–$188,856 in New York; $119,712–$179,568 in Los Angeles; $113,520–$170,280 in Denver and Philadelphia; $108,360–$162,540 in Las Vegas.

What you will do

• Lead, manage, mentor, and train BIM Technicians, Specialists, and Leads.
• Execute the BIM strategic vision and serve as a subject matter expert in company workflows.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows aligned with industry best practices and ISO 19650.
• Support project teams with BIM setup, execution, QA/QC, coordination, BIM Execution Plans, and client requirements.
• Support Revit families, content libraries, automation tools, BIM software, cloud services, and network systems.
• Monitor model quality, BIM milestones, performance metrics, utilization, KPIs, and process efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in engineering, construction management, science, or BIM/drafting technology is preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience is required; at least 2 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.
• Subject matter expertise in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Navisworks is required.
• Demonstrated success implementing BIM standards and workflows, with comprehensive knowledge of the relevant discipline and technical industry requirements.
• Proven record of technical excellence, quality monitoring, maintenance, and improvement.
• Ability to contribute to technically sound teams, motivate and coach others, and mobilize company technical strategies through project execution.
• Proficiency in all core competencies described for the role, including communication, integrity, quality orientation, teamwork, inclusion, continuous learning, technical expertise, and leadership.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

• Advanced experience with Dynamo, Python, PyRevit, Clarity, and Content Catalog.
